Definitely! We are happy to house large teams. In our key locations, we can easily fit your whole team under one roof, keeping everyone together and ready for the day. 

Finding the right location for you is important to us. Simply tell us where your office is, and we'll find you one of our closest locations. We want your commute to be as short as possible.

Our fully furnished properties have everything you need. Each apartment has its perks. Do you also need a speedy internet connection? Well, we have that too!

Of course! We think of pets as family so they’re always welcome during your stay. Let us know in advance and we’ll provide you with some rules about sizes and numbers, just to keep everyone comfortable.

Yes, if you rent an apartment for 1 to 5 months the security deposit will be 1 month's rent and if you rent for 6 months or more the security deposit will be 2 months' rent. 

All-inclusive – that's how we work. Your rent already covers all utilities, so there’s no need to worry about extra bills.

Quality over quantity. We select properties that match our standards for style, safety, and functionality. We want you to be proud of the locations we chose, for this reason we only manage entire buildings

Need to cancel? No worries. You have 30 days before your move-in date to do it – at no charge!

No hidden fees or additional charges with us. Only utilities and shared spaces are included in your rental price. Any extra services will be laid out clearly in your rental agreement. 

Your privacy is important to us. We keep your data safe and sound, using it only to make your stay better. We don't share any data with third parties.
