Caterina House is moving forward in its expansion process with the Liceu building in Barcelona

The owner of the building is the real estate developer R5R GROUP INMOBILIARI of Barcelona, which has decided to rely on the management of Caterina House, of proven efficiency in Spain as a whole, to capitalize the asset, given that the profitability provided by this business model is higher than with other operating options.

Caterina House's specific interior design for the corporate client

The 10 apartments that Caterina Liceu has are of 1 and 2 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with the intervention of Caterina House's interior design team. This team carries out the conceptions and designs of the rooms to accommodate them in the best possible way to the demand of the clients that will be accommodated, that is to say, professionals relocated in the city and who require a series of specific equipment to develop their work in the best conditions.
