Caterina House is growing in Madrid. We have added a new building with nineteen apartments in the Malasaña neighborhood, in the center of Madrid.

The property, named Leonor by Caterina and located at number 20 Corredera Baja de San Pablo street, is the oldest residential building in Malasaña and one of the oldest in Madrid. In it lived the writer Antonio Machado with his wife Leonor Izquierdo, at the beginning of the 20th century.

The building has been renovated with great care and first class finishes. It currently has nineteen apartments of one, two and three rooms equipped to move in.
